CONSTRUCTION COST INDEX MUKOMUKO REGENCY 2023

The 2023 Construction Cost Index (IKK) of Mukomuko Regency is a price index that describes the level of construction costs of regencies/cities in Mukomuko Regency compared to the reference city, namely Makassar City. Considerations in selecting a reference city are based on the index value of a city that is close to the national average index and completeness of the data, as well as considering other supporting factors. The data presented in this publication were obtained from the results of the Construction Cost Price Survey (SHKK) specifically for building/construction materials, heavy equipment rental, and construction service wages carried out in Mukomuko Regency. The data is calculated based on quarterly price data for July 2022, October 2022, January 2023, and April 2023. The IKK calculation weighting diagram uses Bill of Quantity (BoQ) data and Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) realization data. The 2023 IKK is one of the main components used to calculate the General Allocation Fund (DAU) for the 2024 Fiscal Year.
